Sup. R. Rule 26(F)--retrieval of exhibits, transcripts and/or depositions

The Clerk of Courts has exhibits, transcripts and/or depositions on file from 2004 to present. You MAY have filed exhibits, transcripts and/or depositions in a civil case. Per Sup. R. Rule 26(F), these documents will be destroyed if not retrieved within 60 days of this notification.

You can search the civil docket for your cases and determine if you tendered any exhibits, transcripts and/or depositions. http://cpdocket.cp.cuyahogacounty.us/Search.aspx

Contact the Archives Department of the Clerk of Courts at exhibitdepo@cuyahogacounty.us to make arrangements to retrieve your documents prior to destruction. The documents can be retrieved from Room 45 of the Old Courthouse, 1 Lakeside Ave., Cleveland, Ohio.
