E-File a Criminal Defense Subpoena

Criminal Defense Subpoenas requesting sheriff service may now be filed electronically using the E-Filing System.

Counter service subpoenas and subpoenas that require a judge’s signature must still be filed in person at the Clerk of Courts’ Office.
