This is the division in which marital and other other non-criminal domestic disputes are handled. The Domestic Relations Division engages in the same activities as the Civil Division, except that it handles all domestic relations cases.

Certified Copies of Divorce Decrees may be obtained both at the Domestic Relations Division and at the Common Pleas Division. 

The Domestic Relations Division of the Clerk of Courts office is responsible for maintaining records for the court. The types of cases filed are divorces, dissolutions, legal separations, annulments and domestic violence (civil protection order). 

Services provided upon request by this Division are certification, copies, copies of any document in a court file, filing of cases or pleadings.
